Are nested Drop-downs supported? For example, in the Multiple Selector Block, if I have a list of States, then in the next Multiple Selector, user should see only the cities belonging to that state.

Using the concept of nested dropdown, it is possible. You can add a dropdown with a list of states and in another dropdown, you can select the dependency field as that field (State dropdown) and enter the cities or districts in the format,
StateName||District/City Name
