I want to fetch values from a master by scanning the QR code. How to do that?

I want to scan QR code of employees and fetch the name, employee id etc. However the location doesn't have proper internet to fetch data from the cloud. Can I achieve this?

How can I add a QR code / bar code in the PDF against an entry that can be used to fetch the details later?

I have created an application where I am storing the QR of an item with stock qty 1. There is another application called ... doesn't have Dynamic filter feature.
