Is there a strategy to prevent a user from submitting a form over and over again? (Limit one entry per IP address?).

Currently all the texts and messages appear in English. Can we change it as per user's preferences? It should cover all ... "Submit", "Submit Another" etc.

Can I force my end-user to submit an entry only on a specific schedule? For example, only on Monday between 9 AM and 12 PM.
