How can I modify my app to include approvals from specific department heads?

Hi, I recently created a Work Permit app, but now I need to make it more specific. I want to add a step where either the two Dept Heads must approve the permit before it gets finalised. Can someone guide me on how to set up this conditional approval process in Clappia?
